Modul Steel Construction was founded as a family corporate in Körfez/Kocaeli in 2001. Cenk and Gulten Karaloğlu, founder partners of the company, had succeeded an investment and improvement step in steel sector with the light of their thirty years experiences of iron and steel trade. The company has made great progress in terms of institutionalization since its foundation.
Modul Steel Construction, in a very short time has become the shining star of the country with its rate of growth, infrastructure and technology investments, and the completion of many local and foreign major projects in various sectors, added-value and employment potential it creates in our country.

Modul Steel Construction has got top position in tax ranking statewide many times. It has become the fifth in export ranking across the country in 2007 breaking export record in its sector.
Modul Steel Construction provides important contributes to its region in direction of social responsibility. While it puts the project of large-scale children’s park (MODUL PARK) into practice, it has also provided a variety of supports in sports field. It has brought a basketball court in Istanbul into the public’s use; also it provides the opportunity of unpaid training scholarship to many students.
Modul Steel Construction exhibits superior performance in the last eight years, increasing the number of employees from 100 to 550 today, its factory site from 6000sqm to 52000sqm, its monthly production capacity from 500 tons to 2500.
Modul Steel Construction has reached the production potential of the appropriate age requirements, changing its Manuel benches into CNC fabrication benches completely controlled with computers; along with automatic sandblasting and painting systems it has converted to the welding robot technology. It has always continued its activities in compliance with nature and environment within the frame of a respectful relationship, at the same time providing contributions to the nature.
Modul Steel Construction, as the result of its globalizing principles, registered its fabrication and welding standards approved by the whole world with various standard certificates it managed to receive, in order to be integrated with our world in which has no boundaries at all now. It has accomplished fabrication and welding process consonant with the requirements of the age.

Modül Çelik, nehrin iki yakasını bir araya getiren köprüleri, insanları birbirine ulaştıran hava alanlarındaki terminal binalarını,deniz suyunu içme suyuna,doğalgazı elektrik enerjisine çeviren tesisleri, motorindeki kükürdü yok eden rafineri ünitelerini, çatısındaki çim bahçesinde insanların gezdiği ticaret merkezlerini,iki gökdelen arasındaki geçiş kemerlerini,çimento fabrikalarını,depo binalarını,tekstil tesislerini ve diğer yüzlerce projeyi gerçekleştirirken,dürüstlük ve iş ahlakının gerekleri doğrultusunda, her zaman müşteri memnuniyetini esas almıştır.
Modül Çelik İl çapındaki vergi sıralamalarında bir çok kez üst sıralarda yer almıştır. Kendi sektöründe 2007 yılında, ihracat rekorlarına imza atarak, ülke genelindeki ihracat sıralamasında 5. Sıraya adını yazdırmıştır.
Modül Çelik kurumların taşıdığı sosyal sorumluluk bilinci doğrultusunda, bulunduğu bölgeye önemli katkılar sağlamıştır. Körfez ilçede büyük ölçekli bir çocuk parkını (MODÜL PARK )hayata geçirirken, bir çok sportif alanda da çeşitli destekler sağlamıştır. İstanbul’da bir basketbol sahasını toplumun kullanımına sunarken, aynı zamanda birçok öğrenci yede karşılıksız eğitim bursu olanağı sağlamıştır.
Modül Çelik Kurulduğu yıldaki çalışan sayısını 100 kişiden, bugün 550 kişiye, fabrika sahasını 6.000 m2’den,52.000 m2’ye,aylık üretim kapasitesini 500 ton’dan 2.500 ton’a çıkararak, son 8 yılda üstün bir performans sergilemiştir.
Modül Çelik manüel çalışan tezgâhlardan, bugün tamamen bilgisayar kontrolü ile çalışan CNC imalat tezgâhlarına,otomatik kumlama ve boyama sistemlerinin yanında, kaynak robotu teknolojisine geçerek, çağın gereklerine uygun imalat potansiyeline ulaşmıştır. Her zaman Doğa ve çevre ile uyumlu, aynı zamanda doğaya katkı sağlayıcı ve saygılı bir ilişki çerçevesinde faaliyetlerine devam etmiştir.
Modül Çelik, küreselleşme politikaları sonucunda, artık sınırların kalktığı dünyamıza entegre olabilmek için, tüm dünyanın kullandığı imalat ve kaynak standartlarını, almayı başardığı çeşitli standart sertifikaları ile tescil ettirmiş, çağın gereklerine uygun standartlarda imalat ve kaynak proseslerini yerine getirmeyi başarmıştır.
Modül Çelik bugün, tüm imalat ve işletim safhalarını, firmaya ait özel bir yazılım ile bilgisayar ağından takip edilebilme kapasitesine ve donanımına sahiptir.
